Estate Protocol & Community Etiquette

To preserve the harmony, safety, and exclusivity of our 60-acre sanctuary, all members and guests are kindly requested to observe the following protocols.

Core Protocols

1

Access & Privacy

Appointment Only

The estate is a private sanctuary. All visits, including those for guests and professional services, must be scheduled via your Membership Concierge 24 hours in advance.

Member Exclusivity

Membership privileges are non-transferable. Members must accompany their guests at all times within the estate grounds.

2

Equestrian Safety

Safety Gear

Approved safety helmets and appropriate equestrian footwear must be worn at all times when mounted.

Arena Etiquette

Please respect scheduled training sessions. Riders must yield to ongoing lessons and maintain professional spacing (two-horse lengths).

3

Estate Grounds & Harvest

Sustainable Harvest

Seasonal U-Pick is limited to personal consumption. Please use the provided baskets and follow our gardener's guidance to protect the future growth of our orchards.

Eco-Preservation

Smoking is strictly prohibited across the entire 60-acre estate. Please remain on designated estate trails to protect the natural habitat.

Service & Facility Protocols

1

Dress Code

We maintain a refined atmosphere. Proper equestrian attire is required in arenas; "Estate Casual" is recommended for the Manor House and social areas.

2

Photography

While personal photography is encouraged, professional equipment and commercial shoots require prior authorization from the estate management.

Liability & Acknowledgement

1

Preserving the Excellence

Membership implies an inherent understanding of the risks associated with equestrian activities. The estate is not liable for personal injury or loss of property resulting from non-compliance with safety protocols.

Final Acknowledgement

By entering the estate, you agree to uphold the values and standards of our community.
